  1. Red Kidney Beans Wrap

Ingredients

  • Cornitos Wheat Flour Tortilla Wrap 8 inches – 1 pack (6 Pcs)
  • Cornitos Chunky Salsa mild 330 ml
  • Mint sauce 200 ml
  • Mozzarella cheese 60 gm
  • Red kidney beans 120gm
  • Onion 200gm
  • Lettuce 200gm
  • Sour cream 30 ml
  • Butter 20 ml
  • Tomato puree 1 packet

Method

  • Boil the kidney beans and cook with tomato puree add some mozzarella cheese.
  • Make juliennes of ice berg lettuce and onion.
  • Apply half of salsa and mint sauce on the Tortilla Wrap base and spread evenly.
  • Place the red kidney beans on the center of Tortilla Wrap, top it up with iceberg and onion and remaining of salsa.
  • Put mozzarella cheese on the edges of the Tortilla Wrap.
  • Fold the edges of the Tortilla and roll it over.
  • Apply some butter on wrap and put in the griller and grill it.
  • Cut wrap into two half’s and place one piece over the other.
  • Serve with sour cream and salsa.
2. Loaded Nachos with Refried Beans & Sour Cream

Ingredients

  • Cornitos Peri Peri Nacho Crisps – 150 g Pack,
  • Cornitos Refried beans – 200 g,
  • Avocado cubes – 50 g,
  • Lettuce – 100 g,
  • Tomatoes deseeded; diced – 50 g,
  • Mint Leaves – 10 g, Grated Cheddar
  • Cheese – 150 g,
  • Sliced Jalapeno – 50 g,
  • Sliced Black Olives – 50 g,
  • Diced Red Bell Pepper – 50 g,
  • Sour Cream – 20 g,
  • Garlic cloves – 2 finely chopped,
  • Cumin seeds – 10 g,
  • Onion – 50 g finely chopped,
  • Smoked Paprika -10 g and Salt to taste

Method

  • Nacho Crisps and Ingredients are arranged in layers on a flat platter.
  • Arrange Lettuce leaves on base then add Cornitos Peri Peri Nacho Crisps topping it with Cornitos
  • Refried Beans and other chopped veggies.
  • Repeat the same layering procedure on top of first layer till a four to five layer Nacho Crisp pyramid is created. Season it well.
  • Add a layer of Grated cheddar Cheese on top of pyramid.
  • Place the platter in a preheated oven till cheese melts.
  • Garnish with dollop of sour cream and mint and can be served along with variety of Dips.
